Brain boost- Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, Bacopa, Gotu kola, Lions mane

Immune support- Echinacea, Reishi, Astragalus, Elderberry and Flower

Sleep- Hops, Valerian, Oat, Catnip, Hops

6 Mushroom blend- Chaga, Lions mane, Reishi, Shiitake, Cordyceps, Poria

Mood uplift- Oregano, Mucuna pruriens, Licorice, 
Holy basil, Sarsapaprilla, Muira puama

Calming- Reishi, Motherwort, Damiana, Chamomile, Oregano, sarsaparilla, Holy basil.

Teas 50g

Calming tea- Damiana, motherwort, lavender, chamomile. Lemon balm.
Digestive tea- Fennel, lemon balm, chamomile, Marshmallow
